Our Story

Peter began his career in Rochester, NY in 2015 as a licensed professional engineer. His expertise is in land development for single-family residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. He relocated to Charlotte, NC in 2017 where he took a leadership role at a Charlotte civil design team for a national A/E consulting firm. Peter has led or oversaw the design for multiple residential projects in the Charlotte market. In addition to his residential experience, Peter has managed and designed several multi-family projects in the southeast and commercial projects across the country for national clients. 

Peter has built his career by visually impacting communities through building responsibly, examining the sites, and determining any issues with the topography or natural features while having a keen understanding of the client’s end goal.

Pat is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer having spent the first 15 years focused on land development, municipal improvements, and transportation projects in Charlotte, NC. Pat navigated the rezoning and permitting of 2,500+ residential lots, 36 commercial projects (Home Depot, Target, Walmart) and multiple car dealerships throughout the country. Pat transitioned into land development management in 2016 with Eastwood Homes where he oversaw subdivision construction throughout the Charlotte, Raleigh, Triad, & Charleston markets. In 2019, Pat became the General Manager of Land for DDC Management and opened their operation in the Carolinas developing residential lots for national homebuilders. He has developed 3,300+ lots for both national and regional homebuilders throughout the Carolinas.

After graduating from Penn State University, Josh spent nine years in public accounting.  He began his career in land and homebuilding with DR Horton in 2007 covering the coastal Carolinas and became City Manager for the Charleston Division in 2012, leading the operation for the next five years where he designed and constructed over 30 communities and developed over 4,000 lots.  In 2017, Josh joined NVR/Ryan Homes to open their Charleston and Myrtle Beach Divisions as their Division Manager.  After deciding to turn his focus from homebuilding operations to land, Josh and Pat opened Stillwater Development.
